Syiekatsuya -Cutenews Tutorial

I hope you enjoy my simple tutorial. I am not expect about Cutenews. ha ha ha but I try my best to give you as simple as I can to make this tutorial.

Hai this Cutenews Tutorial. Start from how to unzip Cutenews until you publish it. Simple..just follow my step.
-How to Unzip your Cutenews
1 ) Here Cutenews that you download to you computer. All come zip files. Make sure you unzip before you upload to your server. See how to unzip..

2) After you can see image like this..process of unzip

3) Now you can see the result. Make sure you double click cutenews 1.4.5 and just upload cutenews folder ONLY without cutenews 1.4.5
Make sure you upload all ok

Step you need to do at your server.

How to set up your cutenews at server. Follow my step.
1) Open Cutenews folder and try to find and change permission this folder
a) cutenews/data to 777 and also
b) data/
archives 777
backup 777
emoticons 777
upimages 777
and all the files inside archives ,backup,emoticons ,upimages to 777.All of them. Never ever miss it
2) Now go to Cutenews folder again. Try to find cutenews/index.php

If you already change the data folder and all inside folder to 777..so you can see like this page. All Writable

This index.php page you will start to setup or configure something like setup your username/password or add news .

3) After everything done ..you need to login again at index.php with your name/password.

4) Login and make sure you delete install.mdu ( Cutenews/inc/install.mdu )

5) Now you start setting and add news.

6) After you add new..this time you need to INCLUDED PHP. See my sample site here
This page I name it cute.html and inframe is cute1.php.
Inside cute.php ..I put INCLUDED php .
You can see my sample Cutenews below

Below you can see the news and comment that I already Included PHP there.Make sure you read README.htm how to put Included Php at your php page.And sorry..I already close all the comment.

Make sure the page you want to put Included PHP is end with php . Example : sample.php

If you use frame ..main page is index.html but where have Included PHP is page that you name it sample.php. As you see at my sample of Cutenews.

My cutenew site is cute.html and page that have news and I putting Included Php ..I name it cute.php.
